Is it just me?

Is it just me that thinks it a little odd that my 18yr old stepson should be vanishing from the house at 1:45am and creepin back in some time later during a nationwide lock down.  Could it be at all related to the 4am kitchen raid and the 4:45am banging around as he's trying - and failing, to get back in through his bedroom window after, for some unknown reason, exiting via his bedroom window.

Apparently it annoys him that people find this unacceptable. 

I really must review my values. I know it's a mad world right now, but clearly other people's meds are better than mine. 

Another night in the little blue tent

So - it seems the little one likes sleeping in the tent.  I'm not so sure his dad does, but who am I to stop memories being made.

Life is still funny

Think I might start posting here about the wonder that is lockdown and social isolation.

So last night - another night of camping.  Nice little Coleman cobra 2 tent - warm and cosy - or hot, stuffy, claustrophobic and too small to share with a dog and a starfishing 7-year-old.

Start the morning in the normal manner - a little 'debate' with the dear wife - who throws in the phrase - 'I was over exaggerating'.....
Now an hour-long chat with my daughter about the delights of repairing skirting board and how on earth it could pick up such marks all the time.
